Phoenicia, Tripolis. Pseudo-autonomous issue. Late 1st century B.C. Æ (21 mm, 7.44 g, 11 h). CY 288 (25/4 B.C.). Turreted and veiled head of Tyche right; behind, pileus surmounted by a star and stylis / ΤΡΙΠΟΛΙΤΩΝ, Nike standing right on prow, holding wreath and palm; in right field, date (L HΠ[C] above star. RPC 4512; AUB 13-5; SNG Copenhagen 275; Rouvier 1647; BMC 24-6. Dark brown patina with light earthen highlights. Very fine.
